lagoslife.net is an independent, English-language guide to Lagos Life — the multiplayer life-simulation game set in Lagos, Nigeria, created by Shalom Rayhamen and run by Eliy. We write beginner guides, a jobs and economy reference, a full map of the game's locations, and honest answers to the questions new players actually search for.
The important disclosure, up top and in our footer on every page: this site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Lagos Life, Eliy, or Shalom Rayhamen. The game lives at the official site (linked in our sources); we are readers and players who got hooked during the game's explosive first weeks and decided the search results needed a proper guide. All trademarks and game content belong to their respective owners.
Why this site exists
When a browser game adds a million players in under a week, the questions pile up faster than the official channels can answer them: How do I even play this? Is there an app? (No — and we wrote a whole warning page about the fakes.) Is it safe for adults? What do the locations do? Those questions deserve clear, sourced, ad-light answers — so we built them.
We play the game ourselves, follow the developer's public updates, and cite the official terms and privacy policy rather than paraphrasing forum rumours. Where a number isn't public or isn't verified yet, we say so with a visible placeholder instead of inventing it — you will spot a few [待补] markers on the deepest guide pages, and they are a feature, not a bug: they mark exactly what is being verified in-game right now.
Our editorial rules
- Original writing only. Every word here is written for this site. We don't copy other fan sites, and we don't republish the game's assets or screenshots.
- No invented facts. No made-up pay rates, no fake update dates, no fabricated quotes. Unverified specifics are marked as pending, never disguised as fact.
- Sources on every page. Each guide ends with the official pages and creator posts it draws on, with dates.
- The game stays clean. Our play page opens the official game in its own tab with no ads around the launch button, no interstitials, and no dark patterns. Advertising appears only on guide pages, clearly separated from content.
- Corrections welcome. Lagos Life updates weekly; when the city changes, we want to know first. Reach us via the contact page.
Who runs it
lagoslife.net is maintained by [待补：站长署名/介绍 —— 你的名字或笔名、背景一句话]. The site is owned and operated independently; hosting and infrastructure costs are covered by the advertising you see on guide pages. We have no financial relationship with the game's developer beyond playing the game like anyone else.
The official game, for the record
Everything you actually do in Lagos Life happens on the developer's servers, at the official website . Our play page launches that official game in its own tab so you can start playing without losing your guide — but your account, your data and your gameplay belong entirely to the official side. If you ever have a problem with the game itself, the official contact route (per the game's own terms) is messaging @shallyr in-game.
